A little about us
It was 1978 and the sounds of The Rolling Stones, Bee Gees and Donna Summer were pumping out of speakers across the Bay Area. At the same time Uncle Danny was working hard to get his brand new commercial cleaning business off the ground. Through hard work and dedicated customer service, Welcome started its now 40 years of family owned and operated services to the greater Bay Area and beyond.
When Uncle Danny started to think about retirement and passing the torch, he immediately thought of his niece and nephew, Eric and Diane Bucklew. They jumped at the opportunity. In 2016 Eric and Diane left their insurance brokerage and Kansas City BBQ behind to head back home to California to start their new adventure in the building maintenance and facility services industry. Eric, a collegiate basketball player, is a natural born leader and has helped grow the business since taking ownership of WBM. Diane, a seasoned business manager, communications expert and mother of three crazy toddler boys, adds order and vitality to the front office.
Facility services has proven to be a much more creative, challenging and interesting environment than Eric and Diane expected. They have been thriving with opportunities bring the beauty out in all of our clients’ businesses. Some of our most loyal clients include Rossmoor, Brenden Theaters, Walmart, City of Concord, Cushman & Wakefield, Yandell Truckaway, Tesla and a number of Napa Valley Wineries.
